Here is a list of functionality, sections and features that I was lucky enough to create in this wonderful product. My team and I underwent tight deadlines, stringent business requirements and capricious customers. We did a lot of testing, in-depth interviews and simple surveys in Slack.

Call History

Redesign and develop a new experience in Call History based on research and expanding the functionality of the table.

Onbording

Developing and launching an onboarding system for new users. It was a business decision to create short and meaningful tours for new users who are just getting to know the product in order to reduce the cost of support resources. On the development side, there were a lot of technical limitations, we tested several mechanics, and we kept simplifying the scenarios. And we did it!
