Case Overview

The challenge came from the business. The bank wants to trade customer balances on the exchange, share interest with them, and thus attract customer balances to accounts.

The key metric we want to influence is Customer Account Balances.

I was given the task of "Develop Overnight" at the bank. It was a task with a high degree of uncertainty. I started the process with deep analysis, research, benchmarking, etc. following the familiar design process.

Problem

We should have done it yesterday, we're behind the competition.

Oh yes, there is also the concept of "Streams" in the bank's application. This is an absolutely unique solution, when instead of a single account, the user can create virtual accounts, name them and give them any color, for example, a "dream piggy bank".

Solution

Cheaply and quickly make an Overnite product in the concept of "Streams" application

Hypotheses

1. The client will transfer their balances to our bank if we allow them to earn passively
2. Customers will use Overnight all the time if we make it automatic under certain conditions.
